Hi, I’m Emma, and this is what I do.

I support small business owners (especially those who are neurodivergent or working with neurodivergent teams) to bring calm, clarity, and control back to their businesses.

Over 80% of the clients I work with are neurodiverse. I’m not, but I get it. My background in consultancy, systems, administration, and human behaviour allows me to adapt to the way you think and work, without ever trying to “fix” it.

  • Is it suitable for neurodivergent brains?

    Yes- the process was built with ND brains in mind and can be flexed to your thinking and communication style.
